One and Done

When the order window opens, please place one order that includes all of your Recruitment and Non-Customized Event Day materials! This helps with reviewing all of your items to quickly ensure you ordered everything you need and that all materials are consistent.

All New Materials

With the new creative refresh, all materials from previous years will need to be destroyed unless otherwise instructed, so order ALL non-customizable event day pieces now.

Where’s My Stuff?

Recruitment materials should be shipped to each market by June 28. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery.
NOTE: Event Day materials ordered during this window will ship with full event day materials closer to each market’s event day.

Ordering Instructions

Follow these steps BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER to ensure successful order submission.

  • Select the Profile Instructions link located in the top navigation bar to download instructions on how to update your market profile.

  • Updating your Market Profile before placing your order is critical, as certain profile field entries auto-populate into templates. Failure to update your market profile may result in incorrect information auto-populating across all applicable templates.

  • When you have finished updating profile entries, remember to select the Accept button. Failure to save your entries will result in lost entries.

  • Please double check all addresses, including shipping addresses in the address book, and do not rely on addresses remaining from last year.

  • Check My Library located in the top navigation bar to make sure that all of the logos that should appear in your library are present. To report a missing logo, email brian.williams@stjude.org and specify which logo is missing. Please attach the missing logo file.
